During the week the Tottington Manor Team was featured on the show, we diligently monitored all coverage and kept their Instagram and Facebook accounts updated. We consistently posted new content and actively engaged with their followers, ensuring timely updates and fostering ongoing interaction.
On Instagram, we leveraged both in-feed posts and stories to maintain a strong presence. Stories were used for live updates and daily episode reminders, while in-feed posts highlighted reflections on each episode and showcased the vibrant personalities of the owners.
On all platforms, we effectively built anticipation for the show, which resonated particularly well with Tottington Manor's followers. On Facebook, our content garnered an impressive 110,635 impressions. We also performed exceptionally well on LinkedIn, receiving 4,372 impressions. Despite LinkedIn being primarily a B2B platform and Tottington Manor operating on a B2C model, our content still achieved remarkable engagement.
Not only did we maintain a consistent online presence through their social media accounts, but we also curated and designed professional content that aligned perfectly with their brand identity. Despite being commissioned for just a week of promotion, we prioritised ensuring a seamless and consistent presence that upheld the established brand identity.

Our PR activity was crucial in creating awareness for the brand and generating excitement surrounding the up-and-coming feature on Four in a Bed. Through our contacts, our press release received 56% open rate, we managed to secure features in prominent Sussex News outlets, including Your Sussex Wedding Magazine, Sussex World, The Argus and Sussex Exclusive, along with radio interviews on BBC Sussex and BBC Berkshire.
