We began working with The Sussex Sign Company to enhance their brand awareness and attract more clients as they expanded their reach beyond Brighton. The goal was to build and establish more considerable brand awareness throughout East and West Sussex, including Crawley and Manor Royal. The Sussex Sign Company also sought to attract high-calibre clients to elevate and diversify their portfolio.

We began working with The Sussex Sign Company to enhance their brand awareness and attract more clients as they expanded their reach beyond Brighton. The goal was to build and establish more considerable brand awareness throughout East and West Sussex, including Crawley and Manor Royal. The Sussex Sign Company also sought to attract high-calibre clients to elevate and diversify their portfolio.

Our Solution

Organic Social Media:

We established a consistent posting schedule on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, yielding impressive results. Leveraging a large image collection created by The Sussex Sign Company, along with curated visuals captured by the Creative Pod team during content shoots, we delivered engaging and impactful social media posts. Additionally, we designed custom social media templates that strengthened their cohesive brand presence online.

Social Media Content:

To establish a consistent online brand image, maintaining a regular posting schedule is essential. With this goal in mind, we shared content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook three times a week. Our posts featured engaging content showcasing the team and their work, effectively highlighting the company's skills and expertise. Before collaborating with us, their social media primarily featured images of their work, lacking engaging photography and overlooking the broader achievements of the business. We transformed their content strategy, broadening the focus to highlight the entire company. Through their social media, we celebrated team successes and shared positive client experiences, creating a more dynamic and engaging presence.

We also incorporated video content to showcase the creation process behind various business activities, including sign production, maintenance, vehicle wrapping, and clothing embroidery.

‍By implementing a consistent posting schedule and transforming the content strategy, we elevated The Sussex Sign Company’s online presence. Highlighting team achievements, client successes, and behind-the-scenes processes created a dynamic and engaging brand image, effectively showcasing their expertise and fostering stronger connections with their audience.

Paid Social Media Activity:

To help expand their reach beyond the Brighton and Hove area, we launched targeted LinkedIn Ads aimed at key locations across West Sussex, East Sussex, and Surrey. LinkedIn provided the ideal platform to connect with the right audience and build relationships with the brands Sussex Signs aspired to collaborate with.

We crafted a variety of compelling ad visuals and captions that highlighted The Sussex Sign Company’s expertise and showcased the brand's heritage. This combination effectively conveyed their credibility and established them as a trustworthy partner in the industry.

PR:

To keep Sussex Signs prominently featured in local media and at the top of clients' minds, we significantly increased their PR output. We focused on compelling topics such as team achievements, award wins, and accreditations. The response was very positive, with a standout moment being a radio interview on BBC Radio featuring Norman Mayhew, the founder of The Sussex Sign Company. 

National Awards:

To attract a higher-quality client base, The Sussex Sign Company needed to highlight its expertise and gain recognition on a national scale. To achieve this, we prepared and submitted an award entry for the UK Graphic Awards 2024, competing in three categories. Among these, The Sussex Sign Company secured the prestigious Roll-Out Award, triumphing over entries created for major brands like Wickes. 

This not only enhanced the business's reputation but also translated into impactful PR, social media, and email content. The success resonated with both followers and clients, generating a highly positive response and boosting overall engagement.
