Brighton Palace Pier is a historic and iconic pier offering a variety of attractions, including rides, restaurants, and entertainment for all ages. With a rich history and a diverse visitor base, the Pier is a key destination in Brighton, attracting both locals and tourists.
Despite its popularity, Brighton Palace Pier faced challenges in modernising its social media presence and effectively reaching its audience online. The existing social media templates were outdated, engagement rates were quite low, and there was a need to assist with marketing and take over social media. With this in mind, the team at Brighton Palace Pier approached us to help them with social media and graphic design.

Objectives
Design/Posters
We designed a series of posters for a variety of events and restaurants at the pier, ensuring they were both visually appealing and consistent with the Pier’s new branding. Each poster was designed to catch the eye and display essential information clearly, making it easy for the audience to understand the important details. We used the Pier’s updated colour schemes, fonts, and design elements to create a unified look across all promotional materials. This approach helped to reinforce the Pier’s refreshed identity and made each poster an effective tool for attracting attention and promoting the various offerings.
Photography & Content Days
Michelle, who heads up our in-house Photography & Videography team, led several photography and content creation sessions with Brighton Palace Pier’s dedicated account handler, Diogo. Together, they produced high-quality visuals for social media and promotional use. These sessions were carefully planned to align with the brand identity and campaign goals, ensuring engaging content was captured. The final visuals have been effectively used across social media, email campaigns, and the website, resulting in positive feedback and increased engagement.
Social Media Templates
We introduced new, stylish social media templates to ensure consistent and attractive posts across platforms. We used higher-quality images from the content days and all the posts followed the brand colours and fonts. These templates feature a simplistic design, avoiding overcrowding with excessive elements. The focus is on clean, minimalist layouts that highlight key messages and visuals.
The stats below show the results from the first six months of social media management by us for Brighton Palace Pier’s LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
