Challenge Packaging approached us as an established business that wanted to work with us to increase brand awareness and drive leads/sales. We implemented a full-service marketing strategy to drive interest in their wide range of products, with a large focus on paid advertising.

Background
PPC:
The first step we took was to gain access to their Google Ads and GA4 accounts so that we could see the status of their current ads and view their results. We took time to fully understand the brand’s current ads, as well as their goals and objectives, in terms of how we could help optimise and create more successful ones.
From here, we advised to pause several campaigns that weren’t receiving high levels of traffic so that we could focus our efforts on the campaigns that were driving revenue.

During this phase, we kept a very close eye on the performance of their current ads and campaigns, optimising them to ensure the client began to see the results that they wanted.

Across the board, we saw the key metrics all improve. We reduced the average CPC whilst increasing conversions and, most importantly, revenue and ROI.

We also took over their Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), inheriting two previously set-up campaigns and creating three new ones.
We made sure to target all relevant audiences by creating custom campaigns, targeting locations, job titles/interests, and highlighting general information, suitable for all audiences. We devised all of the copy for the ads in line with their key messaging and the information available on their website and worked closely with our design team to create stand-out graphics to capture attention.
In Meta ads, we have seen the ROAS (Return On Ad Spend) increase by very large amounts, surpassing the figure of 6 that the client wanted to achieve, such as 45.17 in February. Before working with us, the ROAS stats were significantly lower, such as 6.66 in September. All statistics have increased largely since launching our new campaigns and improving the pre-existing ones, contributing to a higher conversion rate, ROAS, and revenue as desired.
Overall, Challenge Packaging has seen extraordinary results from its paid advertising campaigns after requesting our help with PPC. We continue to monitor, optimise, and give recommendations on how best to continue improving.
