How are you finding working at CP so far?
Everyone at Creative Pod is so friendly and supportive, I have felt so welcome, and I can’t wait to get stuck into more work and become a bigger part of the marketing team.
What’s your background?
In 2020 I graduated with a First Class Honours degree from Nottingham Trent University in Fashion Communication and Promotion. The course allowed me to advance my skills and explore many different aspects of communication, marketing and business. During this time, I learned so much about myself as well as the world surrounding me. I was able to progress my skills and increase my knowledge, seeing a real change in my work and personal development.
I have previously worked in a variety of job roles, such as interning at the F&F headquarters in the marketing and design departments, as well as being a part-time video editor for a YouTuber. I've really enjoyed building relationships with colleagues and clients in customer service positions and team office environments. Seeing the difference, I made in my posts has been really rewarding. These have all been quite diverse positions, and I’m looking forward to starting this role in the field I am most interested in.
Tell us something random about you…
In 2018 I visited South Korea with my sister. We stayed in an Airbnb in Hoehyeon in Seoul and spent our time visiting traditional palaces, going up N Seoul Tower and trying to eat all the authentic cuisine we could, before melting from how spicy it all was.
Who are your biggest influences?
I think my biggest influence in life is my older sister. She has always felt more like a twin to me; I don't remember a time when we weren't doing everything together, and I spent much of my childhood either following her around or trying to emulate her.
She has always been so hardworking and driven, inspiring me to always do my best and never slack off or get behind on things. She truly is my best friend and I owe her so much for helping me be the person I am today.
