Account Manager
Job Summary
Creative Pod is an award-winning creative agency committed to delivering exceptional marketing and design solutions. As we pursue our ambitious 2025 strategy, we are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing enterprise clients, driving business growth, and delivering excellence.
Responsibilities
- Enterprise Client Management: Collaborate with another Account Manager to independently oversee a portfolio of enterprise clients. Provide exceptional service by managing expectations, maintaining consistent communication, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- New Business Development: Work closely with the Head of Commercial and your fellow Account Manager to identify and pursue new opportunities aligned with our 2025 goals. Prepare winning proposals and pitch creative solutions that align with client objectives and market trends.
- Project Coordination: Act as the vital link between enterprise clients and our in-house design team, ensuring that briefs are clear, deadlines are met, and client expectations are exceeded.
- Freelancer Liaison: Manage relationships with our trusted freelancers, ensuring that they have the information and support needed to deliver high-quality work.
- Client Engagement: Lead client calls and meetings, demonstrating professionalism, creativity, and strategic insight. Present campaign updates, proposals, and project timelines with clarity and confidence.
- Proposal Preparation: Develop tailored proposals and presentations that reflect a deep understanding of client needs and market opportunities.
Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in account management, ideally within a creative or marketing agency.
- Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients.
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to identifying new opportunities and achieving business goals.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- To be able to work independently with a can-do attitude.
