  • Marketing strategy
  • Campaign creation

When Remmus Homes initially came to us, they were looking for branding and design elements for their new housing development ‘Summer Meadow in West Sussex. • Designed site hoardings
  • Liaised with the client and multiple other touch-points and stakeholders (estate agents) throughout the design and implementation process
    Created social graphics

  • Created signage in preparation for an exclusive open day, which included ‘please keep off the grass’, ‘plot 1, 2, 3’, ‘please wipe your feet’ and ‘reserved’
  • Designed and created an A5 flyer for print advertising
  • Instagram highlights to showcase; bedroom designs, garden landscapes, open-plan living room, modern bathrooms, luxury kitchens and architectural exteriors

  • Designed adverts for Sussex Living magazine and Mantra Magazines

  • Unique design for fencing and hoarding for the Summer Meadow development for the open day

Initial Results

New Social Accounts

In December, we set up new Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn platforms;

  • Twitter already has 70 followers
  • LinkedIn has 21 followers in total, with a high engagement rate of 8.48%
  • Facebook engagement increases month on month and has a total of 42 followers
  • Engagement across Instagram continues to grow, and since we’ve managed the account, followers have improved from 118 to 159

Business to Business introductions

  • Introduced Remmus Designer Homes to our client, Innovation Blinds & Shutters, who installed the blinds at Summer Meadow development
  • Introduced Remmus Designer Homes to our close contact, Brighton Video Productions for professional photography of the new development

Results

We had an extensive plan in place, working towards the open day for Summer Meadow development, which incorporates the above activity. Unfortunately, due to the current situation of Coronavirus which has impacted everyone in some way, the open day, which was due to take place on Saturday 4th April, had to be cancelled. However, part of the requirements of being a marketing agency is, on the one hand, to be proactive with a solid marketing plan. Yet, on the other hand, it is crucial to adapt to changing circumstances and having a skilled team in place, ready to mobilise in an agile way.

Like many companies, following the government announcement, we posted on Tuesday 24th March, that the open day was postponed until further notice. Since then, we’ve kept the social activity going, with a new marketing strategy in place.

Next Steps

Not to be kept down, as an agency we have used this time to our advantage.  We started to plan ahead and looked to the next chapter, which included a new open day date in the pipeline for the Summer Meadow development. We also started the marketing and design activity for Remmus Designer Homes next exciting project; introducing Tyler's Green development.

Over the last five months, we have integrated ourselves to become Remmus Designer Homes outsourced marketing and design department. We have already covered a tremendous amount of activity for Remmus. When we do move into the post Coronavirus stage, not only will we be ready, but we will be covering; open days, paid advertising, branding, press release coverage and so much more. Stay tuned for another update!
