About

Dr Pablo Jeczmien is a Consultant Psychiatrist in General Adult Psychiatry for the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Dr Jeczmien has a medical degree and is a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, specialising in holistic ADHD therapy. He has two clinics, one in Harley Street, London and another in Forest Row, Sussex.

Pablo became our client in October 2020 after we acquired another marketing agency, Huga Digital Marketing, where Dr Pablo was an existing client.

When we started working with him, we were tasked with increasing the number of enquiries Dr Pablo was receiving via his Google Ads and thus his client base, so he could build a two week waiting list.

To do this, we completely overhauled the current Google Ads campaign, looking at the campaign structure, the top performing ads and keywords to see what lessons we could take from the previous activity.

We then took the decision to rebuild the campaign entirely.

We did this for two reasons, the first was to take advantage of Google’s responsive search ads and dynamic search ads. The second was to test different types of keyword match types and see how this encouraged results.

Obviously, this was quite a decision to make, particularly with a new client. We had to work hard to build the trust with Pablo, and often reassure him that we were confident in our methods, as ultimately his practice was relying on this as it is his main client acquisition tool.

The Results

From October 2020 to October 2021 we achieved 593 enquiries from the Google Ads alone. Fast forward to April 2022 and we are pleased to say that we are achieving an average click through rate of just under 14% and have already seen 166 enquiries come through.

As a result of the success, Pablo has hired two additional practitioners to join his clinic to help with the increased demand and even has a waiting list for his services.
